The 3rd National Congress is a venue for the more than 2,500 member NGOs and cooperatives of CODE-NGO to reflect on its gains and learnings for the past 10 years. CODE-NGO member networks are expected to renew their commitment to the new Covenant for Philippine Development and to the Code of Conduct for Development NGOs as well as define its Grant Strategy for the next ten years.
